Bruce Winkelman

Bruce has thousands of hours of mediation experience, having received about 150 hours of professional mediation training in community, civil, commercial, appellate, and advanced mediation issues.

Bruce taught mediation and negotiation advocacy (and insurance law) as an adjunct professor of law at Golden Gate University, School of Law. He has published articles and lectured on numerous alternative dispute resolution and mediation topics.

In almost 40 years experience as an attorney emphasizing insurance coverage and complex, large-scale litigation, Bruce has been recognized by his peers as a “Best Lawyer” (since 2010), “Super Lawyer” (since 2008 -13 years) and “AV-Rated Preeminent”.
