Adam’s skills as a mediator have been honed over 25 years as an entrepreneur, product innovator, attorney, business advisor, and CEO of a $75M+, 450-person family enterprise. His journey began in his family’s manufacturing business, which closed after 40 years of success during his parents’ divorce—an experience that shaped his understanding of how emotional and financial disputes intersect with business stability.


Adam combines business acumen and legal expertise to guide clients through even the most emotionally charged challenges. His firsthand experience with succession planning failures, partner and founder disputes, family business conflicts, intellectual property infringement, contract disputes, and supply chain crises allows him to address complex and sensitive business conflicts with empathy and practical solutions.

  • Advisory Expertise: Secured a ~50% premium on the sale price of a business after negotiating brand ownership and streamlining operations, doubling EBITDA and freeing over 10 hours per week for the CEO to focus on growth.
