Building on this foundation, I earned a J.D. and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property, which have allowed me to guide businesses through critical issues like intellectual property disputes, global supply chain management, and patent protection.

I’ve also helped multi-generational family businesses navigate contentious succession planning, preserving value and avoiding litigation through trust-building and skilled negotiation.
